1. Site Operation
The United Arab Emirates (UAE) is our country of domicile. FEVE CHOCOLATES controls and operates this Site from the UAE and makes no representation that it is appropriate for use in other locations. If you use this Site from outside the UAE, you are responsible for compliance with local laws. You may not use, export, or re-export any materials from this Site in violation of any applicable laws, including UAE export laws and regulations.

2. Applicable Law
These Terms and your use of the Site shall be governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to conflict of law principles. All disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be heard only by a court of competent jurisdiction in the UAE.

3. Multi-Currency Transactions
The displayed price and currency selected by you will be the same as the price and currency charged to your payment method and printed on the transaction receipt.

4. OFAC Sanctioned Countries
FEVE CHOCOLATES will not trade with or provide services to individuals or companies owned or controlled by, or acting for/on behalf of, any countries or entities targeted under Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) sanctions, including individuals or groups involved in terrorism or narcotics trafficking.

5. Representations by You
By using this Site, you represent and warrant that:
(a) You are at least 18 years old.
(b) Any materials submitted by you to FEVE CHOCOLATES do not violate the rights of any third party, including intellectual property or privacy rights.
(c) Users under the age of 18 shall not register or transact on the Site.

6. Permitted Use
You agree that you are authorized to visit, view, and retain a copy of pages from this Site for personal use only. You may not duplicate, download, publish, modify, or distribute material from this Site for any commercial purpose without prior written permission from FEVE CHOCOLATES. Deep-linking to the Site for any purpose is prohibited without authorization. The content and software on this Site are the property of FEVE CHOCOLATES. The cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records and merchant policies and rules.

7. Your Account
If you create an account on our Site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. FEVE CHOCOLATES shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account information.

8. Delivery Policy
All delivery addresses must be provided at checkout. If no address is provided, we will attempt to contact the recipient; however, this may delay delivery. If the recipient is unavailable, our driver will attempt re-delivery, subject to a re-delivery charge of AED 50 (Dubai) / AED 55 (outside Dubai).
Midnight Delivery Slot: Orders for midnight delivery will be completed during this slot only if the recipient provides their complete address by 10:30 PM. If not reachable by this time, delivery will be rescheduled to the following day.

9. Product Images and Representations
While images on our platforms represent how our products appear, please note:
(a) Flowers: Variations in shade or color may occur. You will be notified and given the option to change or postpone your order.
(b) Cakes: As our cakes are handmade, slight variations in color, design, or shape may occur.
(c) Cake Messages: Font styles may differ as all messages are handwritten.

10. Order Modification
Orders cannot be modified once they are prepared and ready for delivery.

11. General Delivery Terms
If delivery is attempted and the recipient is unavailable or unresponsive, the same product may be re-delivered the following day with a re-delivery fee (AED 50 Dubai / AED 55 outside Dubai). Re-delivery will be for the same item in its current condition. If the product’s condition is no longer satisfactory, the sender must re-purchase the items. If no response is received from the sender within 24 hours of the delivery attempt, the order will be canceled and no refund will be issued.

12. Order Refusal
If the order is refused before preparation, a refund will be issued. If refused after preparation or upon delivery, no refund will be issued. The sender may provide an alternate recipient, subject to re-delivery charges of AED 50 (Dubai) / AED 55 (outside Dubai).

13. License Granted to FEVE CHOCOLATES
By submitting materials to FEVE CHOCOLATES (including content or suggestions), you grant the company a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and distribute such materials. You waive all claims against FEVE CHOCOLATES for any alleged infringement arising from such use. All submissions will be treated as non-confidential and may be used for business purposes, including product development and marketing.
