Shipping and Delivery Policy

1. General Terms

Re-Delivery Policy
If a delivery attempt is made but the receiver is unresponsive, unavailable, or requests a postponement, the product may be re-delivered the next day for an additional fee of AED 55 (Dubai & Abu Dhabi) or AED 60 (outside Dubai).
The re-delivery will be for the same item in its current condition.
If the condition is unsatisfactory, the sender must repurchase the item.
Delivery will occur during the next available time slot after recipient confirmation.

No Response from Receiver
If the receiver does not respond during delivery, the sender will be notified.
If the sender also does not respond within 24 hours from the time of delivery, the order will be canceled, and no refund will be issued.

Incorrect Receiver Information
Feve Chocolates will attempt to call the number provided by the sender.
If the receiver’s number is incorrect and a wrong address is used as a result, Feve Chocolates shall not be held responsible and cannot retrieve the item.
A new order must be placed to send a replacement.

Card Message Change
A fee of AED 10 will apply for any changes to a printed card message after the order has been placed.

Balloons
The lifespan of balloons may vary depending on storage and environmental conditions.
Feve Chocolates is not liable for any damage caused by improper handling or storage.

2. Order Refusal

During Address Capture
If the order is refused by the receiver during address confirmation, a refund will be issued only if the order has not yet been prepared.
If the order has already been prepared, no refund will be issued, and the sender must provide an alternative recipient.

Upon Delivery
If the receiver refuses the order upon delivery, no refund will be issued.
The order will be returned to our facility, and the sender must provide an alternative recipient.
A re-delivery charge of AED 55 (Dubai & Abu Dhabi) or AED 60 (outside Dubai) will apply.

3. Shipping Charges

Feve Chocolates delivers across all Emirates of the United Arab Emirates, except for non-serviceable areas listed below.
Shipping charges vary depending on order value, delivery slot, and city.

In-House Products: Chocolates, cakes, flowers, plants, accessories, hampers, packages, and bundles.
Bakery: Ferrero Rocher, Maltesers, Nutella, Chocolate Fudge, Vanilla Berries, and Red Velvet.

4. Non-Serviceable Areas

Feve Chocolates does not deliver to the following areas:

Abu Dhabi:
Gharbia, Bida Zayed, Liwa, Dhafra, Riyasi, Western Region, Khatam, Ruwaise, Madina Zayed, Sila, Mirfa, Buhasa, Tareef, Al Humra AUH, Tarif, Giyathi, Beda Zayed / Zayed City

Al Ain:
Suhwan, Al Wagan, Al Qua, Al Khazna, Abu Samrah, Nahil, Al Yaher, Rimah, Dhahira, Al Araad, Al Faqa, Sweihan, Al Hiyar, Bin Asmad, Al Shuwaib Dam

Sharjah:
Dhaid, Maliha, Madam, Nazwa, Soban Musafi Road, Wadia Al Hello, Wadi Asma, Al Zubair, Muhafiz, Ibn-E-Rasheed, Al Batayeh, Sohaila, Bir Al Rafiaa

Fujairah:

All deliveries are managed by trusted third-party logistics partners who comply with strict health and safety protocols.
Feve Chocolates is not responsible for any delivery delays, damages, or failures caused by:

  • Incorrect addresses

  • Receiver unavailability

  • Non-serviceable areas
