Cancellations, Refunds and Returns Policy

1. Refunds and Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order with Feve Chocolates, the amount will be returned as store credit.
In certain cases where a refund to the original payment method is approved, a 3% deduction will apply to cover bank processing fees as required by the issuing bank.

If an order is placed for a specific delivery timeframe and there is no response from the recipient during address confirmation, the order will automatically be moved to the next available delivery slot.
In this case, no refund will be issued for additional delivery charges, as the delivery service has already been initiated by Feve Chocolates.

In rare cases where Feve Chocolates agrees to issue a monetary refund, please note that the refund process may take 4–12 business days, depending on the policies of our payment gateway partners.

If the delivery address is located in a non-serviceable area, the customer may provide an alternative recipient within a serviceable area or update the delivery address to another serviceable location.
If neither option is possible and the order must be canceled, the purchase value of the order will be returned as store credit.

2. Returns

Returns may be accepted under the following conditions:

Quality Issues
If there is a confirmed issue with the quality of a received order, you may request one of the following options:

  • A replacement product of the same type

  • A different product of equal value

  • A full refund of your purchase amount

For orders containing cakes, quality-related replacements must be requested within 3 hours of receiving the item.

Quantity Issues
If the quantity of items received does not match your order and the issue is confirmed by Feve Chocolates, you may request either:

  • A replacement for the missing items

  • A partial refund proportional to the value of the missing items

Replacement Timing
Replacements will be processed in the next available delivery slot if requested before 6:00 PM.
Requests received after 6:00 PM will be handled on the next business day.
